Dr. Ivory Hancock, CEO + Founder of IVORY Dental Centre shapes her patient's smiles through an extraordinary passion, built on a wealth of experience in the dental field.
She began her study of the science at Howard University, where she majored in Biology and minored in Chemistry. Upon graduating, she went on to pursue her Doctorate of Dental Medicine at Temple University’s School of Dentistry in Philadelphia, PA. After completing her residency at Bronx-Lebanon Hospital Center in New York she furthered her training as Chief Resident. An avid proponent of further education and perfecting her craft, she then moved on to advanced cosmetic restorative dentistry instruction at the prestigious Rosenthal Institute at NYU School of Dentistry.
Dr. Hancock’s commitment to care for her patients is reflected in the stellar reviews she receives. While her superior credentials are impressive, her warm personality and wit are what keep her patients coming back. She strives to have a relationship with her patients on a more personal level. Dr. Hancock is known not only for her clinical skills, but her calming nature. Outside her successful practice, Ivory can be found exercising her deep commitment to bettering her community and making an impact in the world around her. She participates in various mentoring programs, offering advice, education and empowerment to women in business.

Dr. FATMI
Dr. Fatmi is a skilled and experienced dentist with a proven track record providing comprehensive dental care. She is proficient in a wide range of procedures, including extractions, root canals, denture adjustments, and full mouth rehabilitation cases. Dr. Fatmi particularly enjoys working with patients on cosmetic cases, such as veneers, crowns, bridges, and implant restorations, to help them achieve their desired outcomes. She is dedicated to educating patients on recommended care and promoting oral health.
Dr. Fatmi holds a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from Howard University College of Dentistry and has completed her Residency in Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) at Howard University, where she served as Chief Resident.
Throughout her academic and professional journey, Dr. Fatmi has actively held leadership positions in various dental organizations. She has served as President of the Howard American Dental Education Association (ADEA), Vice President of the Howard American Student Dental Association (ASDA), and Secretary of the Howard Hispanic Dental Association (HDA). Additionally, as an Admissions Committee member, she has played a crucial role as a pre-dental applicant interviewer.
In her free time, Dr. Fatmi enjoys reading, visiting museums, traveling, attending concerts, and spending time with her friends and family. Originally from Miami, FL, she has been living in Washington, D.C. for the past 7 years. Dr. Fatmi is fluent in Spanish, Urdu, and Hindi, and she is also certified in scuba diving.
Dr. CRYSTAL MCINTOSH
Dr. Crystal McIntosh, D.D.S., M.S. is currently residing in Washington, D.C. and is a full time Associate Professor with tenure in the Division of Periodontics at Howard University College of Dentistry. She received her B.S. degree at Howard University in May 2000, her dental degree from Howard University College of Dentistry in May 2006 and her M.S. degree from the University of Detroit Mercy in Detroit, Michigan in 2009. She is a Board-Certified Periodontist with the American Board of Periodontology and an active member of the American Academy of Periodontology, American Board of Periodontology, American Dental Education Association, and Omicron Kappa Upsilon. Dr. McIntosh currently serves as the Director of the Division of Periodontics. Dr. McIntosh maintains an active clinical practice limited to Periodontics in the DMV performing routine, esthetic and regenerative procedures and placement of dental implants.
Dr. McIntosh’s research interests include the relationship between systemic diseases and periodontal disease and pregnancy. She has published several scientific articles and presented the results of her research locally and nationally.
From 2013-2016, Dr. McIntosh embarked up her first love service to her global community. Dr. McIntosh conducted mission trips to Haiti and Nigeria. Each year she and 4 dental students provided oral health education and dental services i.e Extractions and dental cleaning to the impoverished areas of Ti Rivier, Haiti and Enugu, Nigeria. Although she had some accomplishments her greatest accomplishment is being a devoted wife and mother. Dr. McIntosh still has some professional goals to meet in the upcoming years and excited to embark upon them with her fellow colleagues and patients.
